It is an extension of the existing office building with additional office space. Although the original plan left the possibility of upgrading the existing building with three more floors, we decided to rather use the rest of the plot. The existing building is aesthetically and formally exceptionally complex, so the concept was to have a new above-ground building connected to the existing one through the entrance square and the underground floor.
In this way, the urban-poor space received additional content, which is a beautifully arranged exterior, i.e. a square between two buildings. The idea behind the plan was to add new elements to the existing structure in a way that complements it and elevates it to a new level.
